By booking or using services provided by 4 Paws (“we”, “our”, “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read carefully before booking or attending any sessions.

1. Service Overview

4 Paws provides a mobile dog gym that delivers safe, fun, and structured exercise sessions for dogs in Pretoria East and surrounding areas. Sessions are designed to improve your dog’s fitness, strength, stamina, and overall wellbeing.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information about your dog, including age, breed, health conditions, injuries, medications, and temperament.

• You must ensure your dog is up to date on vaccinations and free of contagious diseases before attending sessions.

• Dogs showing signs of aggression, illness, or injury must not participate in sessions until cleared by a veterinarian.

• You are responsible for providing safe access to your property if sessions are held at your location.

3. Health & Safety

• 4 Paws prioritizes safety and wellbeing of all dogs during sessions.

• We cannot guarantee that all dogs will avoid minor injuries (scrapes, strains) inherent in physical exercise.

• In the case of emergency or injury, we will seek veterinary care, and you will be responsible for any related costs.

4. Liability Waiver

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation in dog fitness sessions carries inherent risks.

• 4 Paws, its staff, and contractors are not liable for any injury, illness, or loss that may occur during or after sessions.

• You release and hold harmless 4 Paws from any claims arising from your dog’s participation.

5. Payment & Cancellation

• Payments for sessions must be made as agreed prior to the session.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur the full session fee.

• Prices and packages are subject to change, but clients will be notified in advance.

6. Photos & Media

• During sessions, 4 Paws may take photos or videos for marketing and social media purposes.

• By booking a session, you consent to the use of media that may feature your dog unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

7. Privacy & Personal Information

• Your personal information and your dog’s details will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

8. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a dog poses a safety risk, the client breaches these Terms, or payment is not received.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

10. Acknowledgment

By booking or attending a session, you confirm that you have:

• Read and understood these Terms of Use

• Provided accurate information about your dog

• Accepted the risks associated with dog exercise sessions
